KLAMATH FALLS, Ore. – An ongoing forgery investigation has led to the arrest of two more people.

46-year-old Anna M. Rodriguez and 35-year-old Frederick Lee Vierria were arrested Tuesday on over 40 counts on charges ranging from identity theft, forgery and computer crime. The latest arrests by Oregon State Police follow OSP’s arrest of two others on Jan. 15.

The investigation is continuing into a criminal organization forging checks from public agencies such as the Department of Human Services.

Rodriguez was suspected to be a leader in the organization as is 43-year-old Randall “Pony” Gallagher. Local businesses are advised to use caution when accepting checks.
