K Falls traffic stop leads to drug bust

KLAMATH FALLS, Ore. – A traffic stop by Oregon State Police near Klamath Falls last week led to the confiscation of more than a pound of methamphetamine and the arrest of two men.

31-year-old Antonio Pantoja-Sanchez of Washington and 26-year-old Jorge Garcia-Mendoza (right), whose address was not provided, were arrested after the car they were driving was pulled over around 11 a.m. on Jan. 16.

An OSP canine discovered the meth during a subsequent investigation and it is valued at $18,000. The two are in custody of the Klamath County Jail on Unlawful Possession and Delivery of a Controlled Substance.
