PHILADELPHIA, Pa. — Former Oregon Ducks head football coach Chip Kelly was introduced to the Philadelphia media as the new coach of the Eagles Thursday.

Kelly wore a black Eagles polo at a table in front of an Eagles backdrop next to owner Jeffrey Lurie.

Kelly said his decision to leave the Ducks had nothing to do with potential NCAA sanctions against the Oregon football program and when asked about the transition from college to pro football, Kelly said “football’s football.”

Many questions circulated around Kelly’s potential quarterback in Philadelphia.

Kelly highlighted a young roster as a big reason he chose the Eagles. Oregon has yet to name a replacement for Kelly.
