Oregon Tech hoops teams add players



KLAMATH FALLS, Ore. – New players have been added to the Oregon Tech men’s and women’s basketball teams for next season.

The Oregon Tech Hustlin’ Owls signed Tanner Fanjoy of Thousand Oaks, Calif.

Oregon Tech head coach Danny Miles says Fanjoy could help fill a void in 2013-14 left when Josh Wiseman left the program this season to help his mother in tough financial times. Fanjoy could still redshirt, Miles added.

Fanjoy is a 6-2 guard and All-CIF South Selection his junior season. He averaged 14 points and 4 assists per game and is expected to study engineering at OIT.

Oregon Tech Adds Idaho Player

The Lady Owls announced a signing on Tuesday as well, adding Mary Drzayich out of Eagle High School in Idaho.

Drzayich is averaging 10 points per game and is shooting 34 percent from three-point range in her senior season.

She plans to study Civil Engineering at Oregon Tech.
