CHILOQUIN, Ore. — The Oregon Department of Transportation responded to a four-car crash near Chiloquin Monday which caused injuries and congestion on Highway 97. It was the third incident on the highway in the last three days.
A two-vehicle crash north of Redmond on Saturday left two dead and a jackknifed semi-truck near Chiloquin closed the highway on Sunday.

Tuesday morning, chains were required for vehicles towing or over 10,000 GVW on Highway 140W near Lake of the Woods and Highway 62 at the Upper Crater Lake Boundary.
