The Oregon Tech Lady Owls are starting to receive national recognition thanks to the team’s six-game winning streak.

A new streak starts Friday night when OIT plays at Menlo College to start four straight days of games.

The Menlo trip is followed by a Saturday game at Cal-Maritime before back-to-back home games against Northwest Indian College on Sunday and Monday.

The Menlo Lady Oaks are 8-0 and off a 69-55 win over Cal-State San Marcos. Laurel Donnenwirth finished with a double-double, something she’s averaged this season with 13 points and 10 rebounds per game.

Oregon Tech junior transfer Nicole Aboumrad is familiar with Menlo from her time at William Jessup.
