On Saturday, milk and cookies will give way – temporarily – to pancakes, eggs and sausage.

It is “Breakfast with Santa at Applebee’s” – a Relay for Life event. Local children are invited to meet Santa and picture packages will be offered in addition to breakfast.

Tickets are $7 for those 12 and over and $5 for those younger than 12. The event starts at 8 a.m.
