A flood watch for the Klamath Basin was cancelled Tuesday afternoon.
The National Weather Service had expected the watch to last until Wednesday due to the forecasts at the time. While rain was continuing to fall, flooding was no longer expected. Only minor ponding of water is possible over low lying areas.
Forecasts for Wednesday expect a 40 percent chance of rain showers with highs in the lower 40s to 50s. Mostly cloudy in the evening then becoming partly cloudy with lows in the mid 20s to lower 30s.
