KLAMATH FALLS, Ore. — Sex abuse and sodomy are the charges against a 24-year-old Klamath Falls man arrested Wednesday. David Bruce Lindgren is in custody after a traffic stop Wednesday and a warrant for Lindgren’s arrest was served.

The arrest stems from an alleged incident in February this year. Klamath Falls Police Sgt. Rob Reynolds tells the Herald and News the victim was an adult acquaintance and alcohol appeared to be a factor. Bail was set at $107,500.

New Evidence Leads To Re-indictment

46-year-old Aaron Henry Harrison was re-indicted on robbery and murder charges. After murder charges were originally dropped against Harrison in the 2010 death of 64-year-old Larry Leroy Cline, he was re-indicted following new evidence.

The Herald and News reports authorities say they have video footage of Harrison attempting to use Cline’s ATM card a few days prior to Cline’s body being found. His trial is set to begin Dec. 3.
