HS Soccer Round-Up: Mazama girls still perfect

The Phoenix Pirates still lead the boys soccer standings with a perfect 7-0 conference mark to sit one game ahead of Henley. The season finale between those two is just over a week away in Klamath Falls.

This weekend Henley plays at third-place Mazama while Phoenix is at North Valley. Klamath Union hosts Hidden Valley, with the Pelicans battling North Valley for fourth place in the Skyline.

Mazama beat North Valley 3-1 on Tuesday, while KU lost to Henley 3-1 and Phoenix defeated Hidden Valley 5-2.

Lakeview lost its first league game 3-2 to Rogue River on Tuesday and now Lakeview takes its 3-1 record to 4-1 Canyonville Christian on Saturday.

Mazama Remains Perfect In Girls Soccer

The Mazama Vikings are a perfect 7-0 for a two-game lead over Klamath Union. Mazama won 4-1 Tuesday at North Valley, which sits in fourth place. North Valley plays Phoenix this weekend, which lost 6-0 to Hidden Valley on Tuesday. The Hidden Valley Mustangs are in third and host Klamath Union Saturday. KU won 5-1 over Henley yesterday. Mazama welcomes in fifth place Henley Saturday at 2 p.m.
