Firefighters have made very good progress on the north and northwest flanks of the Barry Point Fire, according to Barry Point Fire Information Officer Ashley Dubrey.
She says there’s a focus on the southern end.

The Level 3 evacuation at Drew’s Lake and the Level 1 on the south side of Highway 140 from Drew’s Gap to Andy Hill Road will remain in place through the weekend.
