KLAMATH FALLS, Ore. – At last night’s Klamath Falls City Council meeting, the Klamath Falls Airport presented a request to apply for an Federal Aviation Administration grant.

Audio: Airport director John Longley

Longley presented the board with a list of projects for the next two years and described the process as more of a formality to acquire the FAA funds. Among the projects is the purchase of a liquid removal vehicle.

The City Council also approved the resolution to renew lines of credit for the Town Center and Downtown Urban Renewal Districts, although one councilman disagreed with the latter decision.
