KLAMATH FALLS, Ore. — The old Fairhaven school building has sold to a church looking to expand its outreach. The building wasn’t listed for sale with a realtor, but a sign was posted and that was enough for United Family Fellowship. The building sold for just over $76,000. The school district had hoped for $75,000. The building was declared surplus property by the Klamath County School district two years ago after redistricting put it in the City Schools District.
