Skyline play-in round pairings set

The pairings for the OSAA postseason play-in games will see Skyline Conference baseball champion and number one seed Klamath Union host Brookings-Harbor at 4 p.m. on Friday at Leo Bocchi Field. Skyline No. 4 seed Henley is at Farwest No. 1 bid South Umpqua at the same time. North Valley hosts North Bend and Hidden Valley is at Siuslaw-Mapleton.

In the lower levels, the rankings don’t freeze until Saturday, so regular season play resumes Tuesday with Lakeview at Illinois Valley at 4:30 p.m.

The same match-up in softball, but at 4 p.m. Butte Falls is at Prospect at 4:30 p.m.

In softball, Skyline champ Henley hosts Pleasant Hill in a non-league game Wednesday at 4 p.m.

The play-in round begins Thursday when North Valley travels to Sutherlin and Phoenix hosts Brookings-Harbor. Henley welcomes in Siuslaw-Mapleton at 4 p.m. on Friday, as does Mazama with La Grande at 3 p.m.

Winners of the play-in round games advance to the OSAA State Championship bracket, which starts May 23.
