Three face charges in scrap metal theft

KLAMATH FALLS, Ore. – After a three month investigation, three people were arrested this week for scrap metal theft. Klamath Falls police say the value of the scrap metal is around $5000, stolen from Union Pacific railroad property on Adams Street. 35-year old Dana Marie Ammirata, 32-year old Tory Lynn Hicks (both of Klamath Falls), and 49-year old Fraiser Russell Ellis of Bellingham, Washington face charges including first degree theft.
