KLAMATH FALLS, Ore. – State and county officials will meet today to decide which recommendations to implement regarding burning restrictions and penalities. The Klamath Air Quality Advisory Committee released recommendations yesterday on how to improve air quality to comply with EPA standards by 2014. The fall open burning window could be shortened, and greater enforcements could come on woodstove restrictions.
