KLAMATH FALLS, Ore. – Recents snows have increased the snowpack by ten percent, and that means the water supply picture changes. That’s good news for irrigators, since what appeared to be a shortage a month ago is suddenly looking more manageable. The official water availability numbers won’t be out for another two weeks. The Klamath Basin is at 89 percent of average snowpack now.
