Local nurse wins national award

 

KLAMATH FALLS, Ore. – A Klamath Falls nurse practitioner has won a national award for her commitment to services addressing child sexual abuse and exploitation. The National Children’s Advocacy Center’s Outstanding Service Award in Medical Care goes to Eleanor Lustig-Butts, the lead medical examiner at Sky Lakes Medical Center’s Child Abuse Response and Evaluation Services. She’ll be presented with the award on Wednesday at a ceremony in Huntsville, Alabama.
