KLAMATH FALLS, Ore. – The annual Shrine Circus happens twice today and tomorrow, at 4:30 and 7:30 p.m. in the John Hancock Event Center on the Klamath County Fairgrounds. The Klamath Falls Shrine Club presents the circus.
