Can anything be done to keep vehicles from driving all over North Conger Heights? I suspect it has become a partying and parking area for underaged drinkers. They are tearing up the hillside and leaving lots of garbage along with their damage. I walk up there with my dogs most days and can easily fill a garbage bag every day with trash and condoms. There was a sign for a short time prohibiting vehicles from driving off the road. There is also a rock barrier. The sign is gone and they drive around the rock barrier.
