KLAMATH FALLS, Ore. – It’s no secret that schools have been strapped for cash, but a little relief has come to Klamath Falls City schools. They’ve received a $1.4 million seismic improvement grant from the state of Oregon, earmarked to improve Mills Auditorium. Most of the money will help make the building structurally sound in case of an earthquake. The district says any leftover funds would be put toward its aesthetic appearance.
