Bridge given the OK

Walking on the paved path

KLAMATH FALLS, Ore. – The city of Klamath Falls has given the green light to a pedestrian bridge as part of the second phase of the Lake Euwana Trail project. The approval is for the purchase of a nearly $30,000 Big R Bridge made of steel with wood decking that will eventually be covered in concrete. The money was budgeted this year in the city park’s fund. Once complete, the project will extend paving the entire length of the Lake Euwana Trail, along with geothermal heating.
