Pac-12 Basketball: OSU comes back to win Civil War



EUGENE, Ore. — The first edition of the Civil War saw Oregon State battling back from a 28-23 halftime deficit to beat Oregon 76-71 at Matthew Knight Arena.

Jared Cunningham scored 27 points, 24 in the second half, to lead Oregon State. Ahmad Starks added 15 points and Devon Collier had 13 points.

Oregon was led by 26 points from Devoe Joseph, falling to 6-3 in the Pac-12 – one game out of first place behind Washington and California.

The Beavers are on the verge of getting to .500 in conference play, improving to 4-5.
