Public Safety could be funded with some Library money

taxes

Klamath Falls, OR – Library money may be used for public safety. Klamath Falls City Council member Bill Adams and Klamath County Commissioner Dennis Linthicum put a proposal on the table that would send a portion of taxes paid to the Klamath County Library Service Tax District to places including the sheriff’s office, district attorney’s office, and juvenile departments. No final decision yet.
