Man sentenced for 2010 theft

Klamath Falls, OR – 39-year old John David Glandon has been sentenced to 13 months in prison for first degree theft, stemming from an incident in June 2010. District Attorney Ed Caleb’s office says Glandon’s crime was taking a vehicle without permission and using the victim’s ATM card to take money from the victim’s checking account. Glandon’s criminal history includes convictions for Theft, Possession of Meth, Robbery, Burglary, and Assault. The DA says meth may have contributed to the crimes.
