Gray wolf crosses border

Northern California – OR-7 is now in CA. The lone gray wolf that has traveled more than 750 miles in recent month, and has spent a good deal of time in Klamath County, has crossed the border into California. He’s being tracked with a radio collar, and as he crossed the border and made his way into Siskiyou County it marked the first time in 90 years that a gray wolf has been in California. Conservationists are thrilled, ranchers are worried about their herds.

great news for Klamath County, disastrous for local cattle ranchers. Hopefully it will cross the next border south of California. Those folks will know what to do with OR-7!
