Klamath County-That famous wandering wolf we told you about is about to be named by a conservation group. For now the wolf is called OR-7, and names submitted so far include Arthur, Max, Journey, Lupin, and Takota. U.S. Fish and Wildlife biologists checked on the wolf last week after tracking signals put him in Klamath County. Officials found tracks, but didn’t see the wolf. The wolf has has traveled more than 750 miles since leaving his pack in northeastern Oregon in September and he’s been a frequent visitor in these parts.
