Klamath Union sued over band injury

Klamath Union High School

Klamath Falls - A student at Klamath Union High School was reportedly hit in the eye with a drum stick during band class, and the boy’s parents are suing the band teacher and the school for more than $300,000 for pain and suffering, medical bills, and loss of future revenue. The suit claims the teacher, Drew Langley, left the classroom unattended and two students wrestled over a drumstick while he was gone. It traveled across the room and hit Scott Kleeman in the left eye.
